In the authority of Temporary Inquiry Panel will be verifying of the National Bank Authority regarding "the implementation of its main constitutional function the provision of the national currency stability and the banking system stability during the finance crisis".
The Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine, National Bank of Ukraine should provide the keeping to the Laws of Ukraine "On the People´s Deputy Status", "On the Official Secret" regarding the access of the Temporary Committee to data, materials and documents regarding the Temporary Committee activity.
Effective period of the Temporary Inquiry Committee activity 1 month from the adoption of the Resolution.
